NEW FREON REGULATIONS FOR MANAGERS & REGIONALS

Class will address the new regulations, equipment changes and installation differences with the impending changes to the Freon regulations. These will impact each property. Current equipment will not be compatible with the new Freon and will not be able to be modified like the previous Freon changes. The 410A equipment is already being phased out and will no longer be manufactured. You will still be able to get the Freon and parts, but no new units will be made. The class will cover the equipment differences and address the financial implications for the new law.
