Corpus Christi Apartment Association

CCAA is a nationally recognized trade association, representing a diverse range of members from the rental housing industry in Corpus Christi and surrounding South Texas areas. The association advocates for apartment owners, management companies with single-family residential properties, and member companies that provide products and services to the rental industry.

Our mission is to effectively address the evolving needs of the rental housing industry by fostering diverse and inclusive participation through collaborative efforts with all our members. We promote professionalism by offering continuous education, legislative advocacy, networking opportunities, and humanitarian services, all while ensuring the organization remains financially stable.

History

The Corpus Christi Apartment Association(CCAA) was established in 1970. CCAA is an local affiliate of the Texas and National Apartment Association.
