NEW FREON REGULATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE STAFF

Class will address the new regulations, equipment changes and installation differences with the impending changes to the Freon regulations. These will impact each property. Current equipment will not be compatible with the new Freon and will not be able to be modified like the previous Freon changes. The 410A equipment is already being phased out and will no longer be manufactured. You will still be able to get the Freon and parts, but no new units will be made. HD Supply will address the difference in size of the condensing units, line set changes and the fact that if a condensing unit needs to be replaced the air handler will need to be replaced at the same time.
